These are very well-made ballet pumps with soft flexible leather, particularly around the heel area which is what I was wanting (I did not want hard leather against the back of my heel as I find I always end up with blisters). They are also smart. I would have liked to buy them in red too but the red seems to be sold out of most sizes now.

The back comes a little bit too high on my foot but most shoes do so it's not really a design fault. Love the shoe, it's just plain beautiful. Been looking for a tan shoe for ages and this is perfect

Dressy enough for an old woman to feel she has made an effort. Feel comfortable and not likely to slip in them
