What's your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 35 days of the purchase date, in its original unworn condition, this includes the box which should also be undamaged when received back to us.
How do I return my order?
Although we hope you are happy with your purchase, there may be occasions when you need to return items to us. If this is the case, please complete the form that came with your order, enclose it in your parcel. If you would like to swap an item, please return it for a refund, and place a new order.
Items purchased from a JOSEF SEIBEL wholesale partner can only be returned by one of their stores, or via their online returns channel. We are therefore unable to accept returns other than from www.josefseibel.co.uk

Making a return?
Please ensure your name, address and order number is clearly visible on the return.
We recommend that you obtain proof of delivery for your return as we are not liable for goods lost in transit. Where possible please return in the original mailer packaging bag.
Unfortunately, postage costs are not covered.
