If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 35 days from the purchase date in its original, unworn condition. This includes the shoe box, which should be undamaged.

Please note that postage for returns is not covered, and you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us. 

Although we hope you are happy with your purchase, there may be occasions when you need to return items to us. Here’s how to do so:

Complete the Returns Form: Fill out the returns form included with your order, enclose it in your parcel, and send it to the address below.

If you didn’t receive a returns form, please include a note with your order details and sender information so we can identify your return.
