Shoes are fantastic, but what was outstanding was the customer service I received, I had had problems getting this shoe from another retailer and Josef Seibel went out there way to ensure I received the product the next day for a special occasion and didn't charge me delivery due to me having issues with other retailer, which was not even there issue. 5* service
