I purchased these boots from you. Delivery was good and I liked the boots, the fit was good. However when I tightened up the lace on one boot the tongue didn't sit flat and it very uncomfortable. I returned the boot for a replacement but was advised by email you couldn't do that and I would have to have a refund and reorder. There was no apology or offer to refund me the £7 postage I had incurred. AND more importantly no guarantee that I wouldn't get the same pair sent again. I didn't reorder and was very disappointed with the service. I emailed my thoughts to you..with no response!

I bought a black pair of these boots as I already have a red pair and wear them a lot. They are smart and very comfortable and I can wear them particularly in the Autumn, Winter, Spring. (just not when it is hot.

Cosy boots with their fleecy lining; keep my ankles warm all day. I would have given them 5 stars had they been a little wider across the toes. Perhaps a design improvement for next winter? Then I would purchase another pair.

These boots are extremely cosy with their fleecy lining and keep my ankles warm all day . I would have given them 5 stars if they were a little wider across the toes. Perhaps a slight resign for next winter would make them perfect and encourage me to purchase another pair?

Lovely, comfortable boots, right from the first time of wearing. I'm never disappointed with this company. Sizing is so generous, with the ability to adjust with laces. Only down side, there is no gusset behind the zip to keep out the wet. As I bought these for wintery weather I was expecting that & a little thicker lining. However I would buy them again.
