In January 2024, I ordered the blue and brown Steffi 53 so I could choose one or the other, but both were perfect fit, so I kept both pairs! They are very comfortable and have been my everyday wear during the colder months. However… 1. some of the stitching on one of the blue boots started to come undone after a few wears. 👎🏻 I returned them and was sent a prompt replacement pair.👏 2. Slightly later but still after only a few more wears, an eyelet in both pairs came adrift. 👎🏻 Because of the cost of returning them, 💵 💔 I have put up with it; I'm just careful tying them so as not to stretch or tear the lace hole. 3. The laces for both pairs of boots have worn really quickly. 👎🏻 JS replacements are not available online👎🏻 (as far as I can see; please tell me I'm wrong.) I have trawled the internet for laces of the same or similar specification but cannot find any. 🫤 So, four stars because overall as they are wearing well and are very comfortable; it's just a shame about the minor problems.

My second pair, they are just perfect for me to wear with jeans day to day, or with smarter trousers. So comfortable, so warm. I'll probably get another pair and relegate my original pair to dog walking on muddy tracks or gardening.

I loved my Steffi 53 boots until a few days ago when a friend's dog chewed one of them. I checked on this site to see if I can purchase the boot in Blue-Ocean-combi size 39 in the future as it is currently out of stock. I do hope so.

I purchased Steffi 53 a year ago. I loved this boot so much! Several people commented on how great it looked. Then disaster struck just two days ago, when a friend's dog, who we assumed had gone to his bed, but he was actually in the hallway, chewing one of my boots, hence the headline Heartbroken! Imagine then how happy I felt when I looked at the Josef Seibel site and saw the exact same boot but not in my size! Please, please, Josef Seibel & company is there any chance I can purchase again in size 39? I will wait as long as it takes.
