The boots look smart and because of the embroidered look will look good with a dress. There were some bad comments about a strip of 'leather' coming away but I will wait and see. They rub on my left heel but I do have problems with both feet after many operations. I love the fact that the insoles can be removed as I have to wear orthotics. Interestingly, this was stated on your site but not on Charles Clinkard's site. When I asked in one of their shops they said no it couldn't be removed. So I assume they hadn't downloaded the full product details from yourselves.

These were a little tight when I first slipped them on for the first time. It didn't take long to experience the fit I've read on other reviews. As soft and comfortable as a pair of slippers. Room to spread your toes. That perfect design to wear with jeans, leggings etc. I'd buy these again (and again) I bought a size up as I have wide feet.
Great product
These lasted 18 months of being used everyday which involved a lot of walking for work shoes. I did a fair amount of door knocking. The one issue I have had with this pair is that the brown leather on the heal of the shoe doesn't last. It's glued on and I'm constantly re gluing it. The professional shoe man couldn't give it a permanent fix either. It's a design fault as the weight compresses the rubber. That being said I have loved these shoes and have had many comments.
