I have been looking for the perfect pair of black boots for a couple of years and I have found them ! Absolutely love these boots, they look very smart and neat so work with skirts / dresses as well as trousers. They were super comfortable as soon I put them on. No wearing in needed. Despite being so practical and comfortable, these are not clumpy boots - they are slim and elegant and make me feel like I am wearing heels without the discomfort ! The leather is beautifully soft and polishes up easily making them a good long term investment. So I therefore think they will be good value for money. They look much nicer in real life than in the photos. ( Just in case someone else is hesitating…One thing in the description that nearly put me off ordering them was the mention of a zip. There was no zip on the boots I received which I was delighted about as I much prefer straight forward lace ups because they fit better and give more support.)

I love these boots. They are extremely comfortable with wonderfully soft leather. The colour is gorgeous although slightly darker and slightly more greeny blue than they looked on my laptop screen. My feet are near to UK 4.5 in size so these are a snug fit with ordinary socks. They don't give me room for thick walking socks but I didn't buy them for that.
