The zip is great for a parent who wants to pull a shoe off, without laces but wants laces to tighten the tops. A simply brilliant find. Thank you to my sister for showing me this great company.

Great boot, nice leather, very comfortable. Not sure if the side zip is any use, but overall, well made.

Needed a pair of winter boots, all mine are in storage pending a permanent move. My 1st introduction to the brand, usual brand is Panama Jack. The size is perfect, quality / price ratio excellent. Very comfortable from the start with minimal wear in required. Will be after a 2nd pair in the new year.
I will definitely be buying Josef Seibal boots in the futur.
