Very comfortable even on first try. Nothing rough to irritate skin. Look smart. Feel well made. Velcro straps in three places means easy to adjust to fit foot. However, Velcro has habit of coming undone. Sole a little inflexible but hoping it will soften with use. Bought to replace twenty year old leather version. These were nearest to my old ones I could find. I get lots of wear out of my Josef SEIBEL shoes! Worth the price tag.
