I bought these as I was looking for a pair of leather trainers. I was pleased with the colour but find that the laces are a little stark in contrast. Perhaps a colour coordinated pair would be better. I will probably change them. Also, the sizing is a little large for me but happy to keep them as the shoes are otherwise what I wanted.
