Standard UK Delivery

Postage & packaging costs for standard deliveries within the U.K. are free of charge for all orders over £30. For all orders under £30, shipping will be charged at £4.00. Orders received before 14.00pm will be dispatched the same day if a working day or the next working day if not. All orders received after 14.00 will be dispatched the following working day. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-5 working days* for standard orders, although most of our orders are dispatched a lot sooner. We send products out by Royal Mail or DHL and delivery of your parcel should be attempted within 2 -5 working days of despatch. * ‘Working day’ means Monday-Friday, we do not dispatch on weekends or Bank Holidays.

Express UK Delivery

With express delivery we can guarantee a same day dispatch window providing the order is placed before 2pm*. Trusting you provide an email address and mobile number when placing your order, we will notify you of your delivery when your order is dispatched. Express delivery is charged from £6.95 and is available on all products; simply select the option at Checkout. * Please note that because our couriers do not operate on weekends and Bank Holidays, we do not include them as working days for the purposes of our above dispatch promise. If you order on a weekend, we will class the Monday as the first working day.

International Delivery

We offer delivery to a large list of countries, but unfortunately if your country is not listed then we do not currently dispatch there. If you would like more information about why your country does not appear on our list, please email us at enquiries@josefseibel.co.uk. The shipping cost for your item(s) will be calculated as you progress through the checkout. This will vary according to location and number of items selected.

Shipping & Handling

Large orders or heavier items will be sent via DHL and will therefore a signature will be required. Orders received before 14:00 will be dispatched the same day if a working day or the next working day if not. Weekends and Bank Holidays are not working days. All orders received after 14:00 will be dispatched the following working day. All suspected missing deliveries must be reported in writing to us once 7 days has passed from your order being placed. Email enquiries@josefseibel.co.uk quoting your order reference. A refund or replacement order will only be offered once 28 days has elapsed from your order date. Please note that we endeavour to check that the quality of all orders shipped meets the high standards that our customers expect. However we are unable to guarantee that shoes despatched will be 'box fresh' i.e. they may have been tried on by customers in one of our stores. It is very rare for parcels to go missing, but please take note of the following terms: We will not be able to enter a claim for lost products with Royal Mail until: 1. 15 working days have passed (for UK orders) 2. 25 working days have passed (for orders outside the UK)

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in its original unworn condition as it was received with all packaging (including the shoe box and protective tissue) and we will refund the price paid for the product. This will not include postage costs. Address: JOSEF SEIBEL UK, Unit 2 Wylam Court, Off Telford Way, Coalville LE67 3HP. You must ensure your name and address are clearly visible on the return. All returns shipped from outside the UK MUST be clearly labelled as “Returned Goods” and the appropriate forms completed. Failure to do this may result in import tax and charges imposed by the carrier being deducted from your refund. Once your goods are received a full refund will be processed for the cost of your goods. We recommend that you obtain proof of delivery for your return as we are not liable for goods lost in transit. Covid 19 Delivery Information

Please note due to the COVID-19 crisis we have wavered the 28 days return policy. For international parcels shipped from our warehouse, localised COVID-19 outbreaks may delay deliveries for up to 30 days. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
