Standard UK Delivery

No promotional code, no minimum spend, just free UK delivery on all orders – even during the sales! Orders received before 14.00pm will be dispatched the same day if a working day or the next working day if not. All orders received after 14.00 will be dispatched the following working day. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-5 working days* for standard orders, although most of our orders are dispatched a lot sooner. Easter Delivery Dates: All orders placed before 2pm on Thursday 18th April will be shipped the same day. Orders placed between 2pm on Thursday 18th April and midnight on Monday 22nd April will be shipped on Tuesday 23rd April. This includes all tracked 24hr and tracked 48hr Royal Mail services. We send products out by Royal Mail or TNT and delivery of your parcel should be attempted within 2 -5 working days of despatch. * ‘Working day’ means Monday-Friday, we do not dispatch on weekends or Bank Holidays.

Tracked 24 Hour UK Delivery

When you buy something online, you want to get it as soon as possible. With Royal Mail Tracked 24 we will aim to deliver your parcel the next working day and include full online tracking. If you provide us with an email address and mobile number then Royal Mail will send SMS/email recipient notifications letting you know the progress of your parcel. There is also a Safe Place option if no one is home. For extra peace of mind, there’s £100 of compensation cover included to protect against loss or damage to your item. Royal Mail Tracked 24 is charged at £4.50 and is available on all products; simply select the option at Checkout. Orders received before 14.00pm will be dispatched the same day if a working day or the next working day if not. All orders received after 14.00 will be dispatched the following working day. International Shipping

We offer delivery to a large list of countries, but unfortunately if your country is not listed here then we do not currently dispatch there. If you would like more information about why your country does not appear on our list, please email us at service@josefseibel.co.uk. For all countries within the EU the standard charge is £10 for the first pair and £5 for each additional pair ordered. Deliveries outside of the UK and EU is charged at £12 for the first pair and £8 for each additional pair ordered. Orders received before 14.00pm will be dispatched the same day if a working day or the next working day if not. Weekends and Bank Holidays are not working days. All orders received after 14.00 will be dispatched the following working day. Easter Delivery Dates: All orders placed before 2pm on Thursday 18th April will be shipped the same day. Shipping & Handling

Large orders or heavier items will be sent via TNT and therefore a signature will be required. Orders received before 14:00 will be dispatched the same day if a working day or the next working day if not. Weekends and Bank Holidays are not working days. All orders received after 14:00 will be dispatched the following working day. All suspected missing deliveries must be reported in writing to us once 7 days has passed from your order being placed. Email service@josefseibel.co.uk quoting your order reference. A refund or replacement order will only be offered once 28 days has elapsed from your order date. Please note that we endeavour to check that the quality of all orders shipped meets the high standards that our customers expect. However we are unable to guarantee that shoes despatched will be 'box fresh' i.e. they may have been tried on by customers in one of our stores. It is very rare for parcels to go missing, but please take note of the following terms: We will not be able to enter a claim for lost products with Royal Mail until: 1. 15 working days have passed (for UK orders) 2. 20 working days have passed (for EU orders, excluding UK) 3. 25 working days have passed (for orders outside the EU)

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in its original unworn condition as it was received with all packaging (including the shoe box and protective tissue) and we will refund the price paid for the product. This will not include postage costs. Address: Josef Seibel Group, Unit 2 Wylam Court, Off Telford Way, Coalville LE67 3HP. You must ensure your name and address are clearly visible on the return. All returns shipped from outside the EU MUST be clearly labelled as “Returned Goods” and the appropriate forms completed. Failure to do this may result in import tax and charges imposed by the carrier being deducted from your refund. Once your goods are received a full refund will be processed for the cost of your goods. We recommend that you obtain proof of delivery for your return as we are not liable for goods lost in transit.
